The high-response Linear Actuator (HLA) motor is the Sigma’s third lens to use this function, providing faster, smoother, quieter, and more accurate focusing than a stepping motor.

This lens allows 58% more light to reach the camera’s imaging sensor, making it ideal for use in low light and capturing images of the night sky.

The lens will be available starting from June 23rd at the price of $1599.99 USD.
