All street photographers from around the world have an opportunity to enter this photography competition. If you are a student street photographer, you only get 30% off of the entry fee. You have the option to submit a series of five photos for $35, or a maximum of 10 photos for $45. For an additional $25, you can receive a written critique of your work.
This year’s competition’s theme is ‘to celebrate the unique perspectives and creative visions of street photographers everywhere, showcasing the diversity of the genre and the many ways in which it can be interpreted’. It welcomes photographers of various genres of photography, such as black and white, portrait, street photography, and more.
A panel of judges will be responsible for evaluating the competition, including Deputy Director of Photography for National Geographic Sadie Quarrier and Women Street Photographers founder Gulnara Lyabib Samoilova.
LensCulture offers this advice to participants: Many successful photographers enter the same work in several competitions before they finally win. This is an effective strategy to have your work seen by many different jurors and build your career. Persistence is the key to getting your work seen by influential experts worldwide – it only takes one person to make a positive impact on your creative journey!’
